Drugs Testing Machine Our Crime Prevention Officers employ the latest technology to detect and identify controlled drugs, explosives and other illegal substances - an Itemiser3 drugs testing machine. Used in partnership with local licensees as a condition of entry, the system is so designed to have the capability of detecting and identifying the presence of a controlled drug within 7 seconds once a sample has been taken.
