Hele Neighbourhood Partnership

The Hele Neighbourhood Partnership is an active group of representatives from local voluntary groups, local authroity officers, residents and elected Councillors. Its aim is to work together to improve the quality of life and community facilities for residents within the Hele area of Torquay.

The partnership hopes by developing local activities and providing opportunities for residents to participate and influence community development that a stronger sense of community spirit can be generated in Hele, and the profile of the area can be enhanced.
